I own a preschool and I close at 5:30p everyday so I thought I had found a shop that I could go to after work for some self care. Please do not allow an option to book at this time if customers will be rushed and given attitude by staff. My appointment was for 6:00pm on May 5th. I’m unhappy as I paid a total of $130 for rushed and rude service. This resulted in lots of air bubbles which are now cracking. This made my nail tech very anxious, and he bumped into my fingers quite a bit and tried to fix it after it already been cured with a UV light. Front desk was very rude and watched over my nail tech the entire time I was getting my nails done and was rushing him due to the shop closing. However, they are already chipping and it’s only been a week. Andy did a great job on my nails, very attentive and detailed. Improper callus removal, I could’ve done this at home. Ive never had this much nail pain after getting a set done. $80 for something that was really uncomfortable and painful. How many people can they get in and out as fast as possible. It’s definitely about quanity here, not quality.

My pinky nail was not able to be redone as it was so bruised and cracked through my real nail. I ended up going elsewhere to have them shortened and thinned and made into a coffin shape. Within a week, my nails were bleeding, bruised, and breaking in half. She didn’t push my cudicle up enough, and I had to do it at home. When she was grinding, she left the machine in one spot for too long at a time and it was burning me and hurt. I was in extreme discomfort with the length, shape, and thickness. They were still too long, and she ignored me when I said shorter! I got long square nails. She said it would cost extra, and I said no, just round them. She said it was not possible to do the requested design with short coffin nails. I told her I did not want long nails and asked them to be shorter. She said she wanted a maroon shade, and the lady just went and grabbed one without asking if that shade was what she wanted. A nail tech physically grabbed my mom by the arm and said “just sit, sit down,” when she was still trying to pick a color, then picked a color for her. I barely had time to pick my color before getting shuffled away in the opposite direction than my mother. I asked if my mom and I could sit together since we were doing this together for Mother’s Day. However, They are very pushy to get you in and out as fast as possible.
